INYECTORA PARA PROTESIS FLEXIBLES DE NYLON COMPUTARIZADA

Inyectora totalmente automática para la inyección de indent-plast, resina acetálica y acrílico.
Posee dos modos de operación : automático y manual, que pueden ser chequeados a través de un display de cuarzo iluminado en el cual se visualiza el proceso a realizar.
La información incluye (en modos manual o automático):
• Temperatura de trabajo.
• Tiempo de trabajo
• Posicionamiento del pistón

Al ser totalmente automatica el laboratorista lo unico que tiene que hacer es colocar la mufla y pulsar el boton de marcha.
La maquina levantar la temperatura programada, luego descontara el tiempo que se visualiza en minutos y segundos, cuando este llega a 0 la R3 inyectara y se prendera un ventilador para poder enfriar la parte del cartucho, en se momento empezara a enfriar y cuando la temperatura baja hasta 100° C el piston bajara, se apagara el ventilador enfriando y en el display se leera FIN DEL PROCESO.
Apretando nuevamente el boton ON/OFF volvera a colocarce el programa ya grabado.
El cambio de parametros es muy sencillo y rapido
Por su tamaño no ocupa mucho espacio en el laboratorio.
Su piston y su robusta construccion hacen una maquina totalmente confiable.

Sistema
Por el tipo de sistema con la R3 se puede recuperar el material exedente y utilizar hasta el resto de los bebederos y el material que queda dentro del cartucho.
Tambien se puede inyectar resina acetalica, acrilico y naylon.
